How do I remove the ‘Reuse’ and ‘Embed’ buttons from my organization’s shared activities?

Administrative users may customize their CurrikiStudio dashboard in the Admin Panel using the button labeled Edit Organization. In this section, admin users can manage library submission approval, edit themes, provide prompts for course creators, and more!

Remove ‘Reuse’ and/or ‘Embed’ from the shared Activity footer

1. On the CurrikiStudio dashboard, select Admin Panel and the tab labeled Organization.
2. Select the button labeled Edit organization to prompt the form to customize your organization’s CurrikiStudio environment.
3. Under the Description tab, you will find a set of toggles to enable or disable. Find the section titled H5P Library and disable the buttons labeled H5P Reuse and/or H5P Embed.
4. Select Save changes to implement your changes.
